The Library Media Center program extends and enhances classroom curriculum, and assists the development of a life-long appreciation of reading and learning.

The WVHS Library Media Center (LMC) provides resources to assist students in the successful completion of school projects and the development of Information Literacy. The library collection totals approximately 10,000 items for both academic and recreational reading.   Additionally, the LMC has 32 computer workstations.  The textbook management distribution is also located in the Library Media Center. 

Students will need to use their WVHS Student ID to check out library books or textbooks. 

Our library has a Follett Destiny catalog to look for library resources and manage library accounts.  Patrons will be able to search the catalog and access circulation information.  Destiny provides numerous links to online library research sources [eBooks, audiobooks, databases, libraries, encyclopedias, resources].  Follow the steps below to access Destiny and then select 'Home' for the resource links, 'Catalog' to search the WVHS collection, or 'My Info' to see circulation details.
