WINTER SPORTS ATHLETIC TRAINING:
West Valley High School has been offering sport specific training for the past three weeks for Fall and Spring sports. We will begin to offer training for our winter sport athletes starting Monday, November 9th . Winter sport athletes will get an opportunity to train with their coaches for the next few weeks. This is voluntary for all athletes; participation is not required to be considered for making a team. If you are interested, please e-mail the coach per sport in the links below.
Space will be limited due to the number of athletes allowed per coach, so please send an e-mail to the coach of the sport you're interested in training with no later than Sunday, Nov. 8th.

Depending on the number of athletes that sign-up, training times could be different than times listed above. Coaches will send an e-mail to athletes if we need to make changes to the start time(s).
Following the guidelines from the Spokane Regional Health District and West Valley School District, we can bring students on campus for sport specific training. The training will look different than the usual camps. Students will be placed in pods of 6 athletes. They will stay in the same pod for every day of training. Participants will be expected to wear mask as much as possible and maintain social distancing during all trainings. All athlete should bring their own water bottle and their phone to check in and complete attestation for their training.
All participants will be required to sign in and confirm a daily health screening. This must be done via health check app. A cell phone will be required to enter. All athletes should enter through Main Gym doors.
