Participants will be expected to wear mask as much as possible and maintain social distancing during all trainings. All athlete should bring their own water bottle and their phone to check in and complete attestation for their training.

All participants will be required to sign in and confirm a daily health screening. This must be done via health check app. A cell phone will be required to enter. All athletes should enter through Main Gym doors.
