Information Regarding 2021-22 Registration and GSL Guidelines

The following message was emailed to all WV parent/guardians:

REGISTRATION UPDATES -

It's hard to believe, but students are already registering for the 2021-2022 school year. One new wrinkle in the process is the opportunity for students/families to indicate whether they intend to attend school in person or virtually. At this time, we do not know whether or not virtual school will be an option, however we need to gather the information to help the district make a determination. If your student has already completed the registration process, please remind them that they need to go back into the system and select one of the learning style options.

If you have any questions, please contact your student's counselor.

A MESSAGE FROM THE GREATER SPOKANE LEAGUE (GSL) -

As you may be aware, West Valley High School has joined the GSL. Currently, all schools in the state of Washington are in Season 1 of the sports year (Cross Country, Football, Girls Soccer and Volleyball). Due to the many restrictions, the GSL has released the following guidance regarding fans/spectators at events. Click here for the guildelines.

If/When the guidance changes, we will quickly work to make the appropriate changes and communicate with families. In the meantime, you can watch all WV athletics live from your home computer or personal cell device - Click here for the link.
