Senior Parents
Due to increased security for graduation this year, I have attached two resources to help make the entrance into the Convention Center Ballroom a smooth one:
- Security Procedures from the Spokane Convention Center.
- Map identifying the following:
- Parking,
- Entrance into the Convention Center for families and
- Entrance into the Convention Center for graduates as well as the ADA Accessible entrance.
- Available Parking at the Spokane Convention Center and The Grand Hotel
The Convention Center requires all attending to go through the walk through metal detectors to enter. Please read through the security procedures attached for more specific information. We will be opening the doors to enter the Convention Center at 3:00 and then the doors to the Ballroom at 3:15. Just a reminder that this is a ticketed event and that seating is on a first come first served basis.
If you have someone in a wheel chair or needs special seating at graduation, we have set up an ADA access entrance (refer to map) for them to enter the Convention Center. We will allow 2 companions to accompany them into the Ballroom. We will be seating them from 3:00 to 3:15. Please email me if you do have someone who will need special seating so that I can make sure that we are set up accordingly.
